Cherry Pudding
- 12 cup margarine
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 (16 ounce) can pie cherries
- 34 cup sugar
- In 11x7 baking pan, melt margarine.
- Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, milk and baking powder.
- Pour over margarine.
- Do not stir.
- Pour pie cherries, with juice, over the flour mixture.
- Do not stir.
- Sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar.
- Bake at 325* for 55 minutes.
