Roasted Rosemary Potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Medium Sized New Potatoes
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 Tablespoons Salt
- 1/4 Tablespoons Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Rosemary, Crumbled
- 1.
- In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over low heat.

- Slice potatoes into 1 pieces.
- 3.
- Add garlic into the skillet and saute for a minute.
- 4.
- Add potatoes into the skillet and sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary.
- 5.
- Toss.
- Increase temperature to medium, cover the skillet and cook about 15 minutes.
- 6.
- Stir then put the lid on again and cook until potatoes are browned to your liking, approximately 4 minutes.
- 7.
- Enjoy your rosemary potatoes.
