Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

  2. In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over low heat.

  4. Slice potatoes into 1 pieces.

  6. Add garlic into the skillet and saute for a minute.

  8. Add potatoes into the skillet and sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary.
  9. 5.
  10. Toss.
  11. Increase temperature to medium, cover the skillet and cook about 15 minutes.

  13. Stir then put the lid on again and cook until potatoes are browned to your liking, approximately 4 minutes.
  14. 7.
  15. Enjoy your rosemary potatoes.
