Chicken & Rice Salad Recipe
- 1 pkg. Rice-a-Roni, chicken or possibly oriental flavor
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1/2 bell pepper, diced
- 8 stuffed green olives, sliced
- 2 jars (6 ounce.) marinated artichoke hearts, minced
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. curry pwdr
- 2 cooked chicken breasts Or possibly 2 can (5 ounce.) chunk white chicken Or possibly 1 can diced
- "Worthington Fry Chick"
- Prepare Rice-a-Roni as directed on package.
- Cold.
- Save oil from one jar of artichoke hearts and combine with mayonnaise and curry pwdr.
- Add in rest of ingredients to rice.
- Toss with oil and mayonnaise dressing.
- Serve cool.
- Makes 5 to 6 servings.
