Enchiladas Suizas

  1. In medium bowl, whisk milk into flour; stir in 1/2 cup salsa verde.
  2. Dip corn tortillas, one at a time, into salsa-milk mixture.
  3. Sprinkle cheese and chicken (or turkey) over tortillas.
  4. Spread 1 tablespoon plain salsa verde over each tortilla and roll up.
  5. Arrange tortillas, seam side down, in one layer in buttered 11 x 7-inch glass baking dish.
  6. Pour remaining salsa-milk mixture over tortillas.
  7. Bake in preheated 350-degree F oven 30 minutes, or until piping hot.
  8. (The rolls may unravel slightly during baking: do not worry-they still taste muy bueno.)
