Zucchini Meat Casserole

  1. Melt margarine and flour together; bubble.
  2. Remove from heat; add milk slowly.
  3. Return to heat and when it starts to boil, stir constantly.
  4. Add mozzarella cheese when mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread over top of zucchini.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour or until zucchini tests done with a fork and top is lightly browned.
