Diet Double Chocolate Cake Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Use a 12-c. Bundt pan.
  3. In a medium bowl mix the first 5 ingredients; set aside.
  4. In another bowl mix water, vinegar, syrup, and vanilla; set aside.
  5. In a large mixing bowl cream butter, sugar, and oil.
  6. Add in dry and wet ingredients you have set aside alternately.
  7. Beat after each addition.
  8. Pour into sprayed pan.
  9. Bake 40 min or possibly test for doneness.
  10. Let cold 15 min.
  11. Remove from pan and cold completely.
  12. Serve with Cold Whip and strawberries.
