Garlic and Lemon Pork
- 3 garlic cloves (sliced)
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 2 bay leaves (roughly shredded)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp hot chili powder
- 3 tbsp juice of fresh lemon
- 50 ml white wine
- 1 pork shoulder sliced and cut into 1 centimetre thickness (About 6 slices)
- Marinade the pork over night or approximately 4 hours before cooking with all the above ingredients.
- Start by pre-heating the pan on a medium heat.
- Add the meat to the hot pan and grill for about 15 minute's (depends on the thickness of the cuts)
- Turn every few minutes so that it doesn't burn.
- Discard the marinade.
- And serve.
