Spicy Mashed Potato Donuts

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients (except water, corn flour and bread crumbs) well.
  2. Let rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  3. Take batter out of refrigerator and make ring donuts (around 6 to 8).
  4. In a small bowl, take water and mix with corn flour to create a slurry.
  5. In a flat plate, add bread crumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for frying the donuts.
  7. Take one donut, dip into the slurry, then coat in bread crumbs.
  8. Fry donuts over low heat, flipping once, for 35 minutes or until golden brown color.
