Spicy Stir-Fried Ground Meat and Shirataki Noodles

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add some salt.
  2. Boil the shirataki noodles for a couple of minutes, drain into a colander or sieve, and cut into easy to eat lengths.
  3. Put the ingredients and oil into a frying pan, and stir fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the ground meat and stir fry until crumbly.
  5. Add the shirataki noodles and stir fry quickly.
  6. Add the ingredients, and simmer until there's no moisture left in the pan.
  7. Done!

noodles, ground beef, ginger, doubanjiang, soy sauce, sugar, water, chicken soup stock granules, vegetable oil
