Spicy Stir-Fried Ground Meat and Shirataki Noodles
- 2 bags Shirataki noodles (konnyaku noodles)
- 170 grams Ground beef (or pork or chicken)
- 2 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Doubanjiang
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp each Mirin, sake, sugar
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Chicken soup stock granules
- 1 dash Vegetable oil for stir frying
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add some salt.
- Boil the shirataki noodles for a couple of minutes, drain into a colander or sieve, and cut into easy to eat lengths.
- Put the ingredients and oil into a frying pan, and stir fry until fragrant.
- Add the ground meat and stir fry until crumbly.
- Add the shirataki noodles and stir fry quickly.
- Add the ingredients, and simmer until there's no moisture left in the pan.
- Done!
