Braised BBQ Beef Flatbreads
- 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/2 cup dark beer
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 ready-to-use baked pizza crusts (12 inch)
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- Combine first 4 ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cook on HIGH 5 to 7 min.
- or until bacon starts to brown, stirring frequently.
- Add next 7 ingredients; mix well.
- Cover.
- Cook on LOW 6 hours (or on HIGH 3 hours).
- Remove and discard bay leaves.
- Remove meat from slow cooker with slotted spoon; shred with 2 forks.
- Return to slow cooker; stir.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place crusts on baking sheets; top with meat mixture and cheese.
- Bake 10 min.
