Braised BBQ Beef Flatbreads

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in slow cooker.
  2. Cook on HIGH 5 to 7 min.
  3. or until bacon starts to brown, stirring frequently.
  4. Add next 7 ingredients; mix well.
  5. Cover.
  6. Cook on LOW 6 hours (or on HIGH 3 hours).
  7. Remove and discard bay leaves.
  8. Remove meat from slow cooker with slotted spoon; shred with 2 forks.
  9. Return to slow cooker; stir.
  10. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place crusts on baking sheets; top with meat mixture and cheese.
  11. Bake 10 min.
  12. or until cheese is melted.
