Angel Hair with Prosciutto

  1. Saute mushrooms in heated oil & butter until lightly browned, about 8 minutes.
  2. Add prosciutto, tomatoes, sage and cream.
  3. Heat on high until sauce begins to thicken; reduce heat to very low to keep warm while pasta cooks.
  4. Cook pasta; drain and place in heated serving container.
  5. Season with salt and pepper; toss with sauce and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
