Tequila and Watermelon
- 2 ounces blanco tequila
- 4 ounces watermelon puree
- Small pinch sea salt
- Squeeze of lime
- Soda water, to top
- Jalapeno slices, for garnish
- Fill a highball glass with ice and add tequila, watermelon, salt and a squeeze of lime.
- Top with soda water.
- Float a couple of slices of jalapeno on the drink to garnish.
