Candied Peach Sweet Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven 375.
  2. Slice up sweet potatoes.
  3. In a 1 qt casserole, layer half the potatoes, half the brown sugar mixture, half the butter, half the peaches.
  4. Repeat layers.
  5. Bake uncovered in a 375 degree oven for 30-35 min or until potatoes are glazed.
  6. Spoon liquid over potatoes once or twice.
  7. Sprinkle with nuts and marshmallows and bake for 5 more minutes.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
  9. I normally double this.
  10. 1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional).
