Wasabi Fish Cake Medley

• 1 ounce fish cake (kamaboko)
• 1 teaspoon fresh wasabi, minced
• 12 teaspoon soy sauce
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 9 ounces cooked rice

1. Cut the fish cake into small dice.
2. Combine with the wasabi, soy sauce, sake and salt.
3. Fold the fish mixture into the rice.
