Hawaiian Baked Fish Recipe
- 1 pound fresh fish fillets
- 1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
- 1 tbsp. instant chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp. diced pimento
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/4 c. pineapple juice
- In 8-inch square glass dish combine rice, onion, salt, parsley, pimento, curry pwdr, lemon juice, and pineapple juice.
- Arrange fish over rice mix.
- Dot butter over top.
- Cover with Saran.
- Microwave on HIGH for 10-12 min.
- Let stand for 2 min and serve.
