Spicy Cabbage

  1. Add slicing attachment to a food processor.
  2. Add both cabbages, onion, jalapeno and carrots into the processor working in batches as needed.
  3. You will probably have to empty the bowl a few times.
  4. Add all of the sliced veggies to a large bowl and add in radishes and cilantro.
  5. Add in lime juice, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  6. You may need to add more vinegar, salt and/or pepper depending on your taste.
  7. The cabbage mixture should be pretty moist, you dont want it too dry.
  8. Give everything a good toss.
  9. Cover bowl and let this lovely combination sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  10. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips or as a wonderful topping to tacos.
