Smokey Cheese Ball Recipe

• 1 pound Longhorn cheese, grated
• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, grated
• 2 tbsp. dry onion bits or possibly 1/4 c. raw onion, finely diced
• 2 tbsp. liquid smoke
• 1 c. nuts, finely minced
• Bacon bits (optional)

1. Blend all thoroughly and mold into round ball.
2. Sprinkle heavily with paprika for red color.
3. Serve with Ritz crackers.
