Tomato Aspic (Frances Virginia Tea Room)

  1. Let gelatin soak in cold water.
  2. Add gelatin mixture to boiling tomato juice.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Pour into molds.
  6. Chill.
  7. Tea Room Notes: Small ring molds were used for this aspic.
  8. It was often served on chicken, shrimp or tuna salads.
  9. Quite colorful and tasty.
