Brochette Of Chicken Recipe
- 24 ounce Chicken breast, cut in 1" cubes
- 1/2 bn Fresh parsley, finely minced
- 1 tsp Fresh garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Salt and white pepper, to taste
- 3/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 dsh Yellow food coloring
- 8 x 8" skewer sticks
- Mix all ingredients well.
- On each skewer stick, put on 4 ounces of chicken.
- Cook over a bed of warm coals on a barbecue pit or possibly broil in oven till tender, about five min.
