Pasta con Tonno e Capperi
- 2 cans Drained Water Pack Tuna
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Vinegar Packed Capers
- Dash Of Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper
- Lemon Juice
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Ground Chili (optional)
- Bring a potful of salted water to boil for the pasta.
- Cook according to package directions.
- In a large bowl, mix drained tuna, capers, dash of garlic powder, salt, pepper, splash of lemon juice and enough olive oil to coat pasta.
- Add a little of the pasta water to keep it from being too dry.
- Mix with freshly drained cooked pasta, and add oil if necessary.
- Serve with grated parmigiano or Grana Padano.
- I also add some ground chili to my plate to give it a kick.
