Pasta con Tonno e Capperi

  1. Bring a potful of salted water to boil for the pasta.
  2. Cook according to package directions.
  3. In a large bowl, mix drained tuna, capers, dash of garlic powder, salt, pepper, splash of lemon juice and enough olive oil to coat pasta.
  4. Add a little of the pasta water to keep it from being too dry.
  5. Mix with freshly drained cooked pasta, and add oil if necessary.
  6. Serve with grated parmigiano or Grana Padano.
  7. I also add some ground chili to my plate to give it a kick.
