Creamy VELVEETA Chili
- 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 can (15-1/2 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- Brown meat with celery and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally; drain.
- Stir in cumin; cook 1 min.
- Add beans, tomatoes and tomatoes and chilies; mix well.
- Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 30 min., stirring occasionally.
- Add VELVEETA; stir.
- Let stand 5 min.
