Steak with Mushroom Sauce

  1. Pan fry the steaks over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking.Remove from the pan, wrap in foil.
  2. Keep warm.
  3. Heat the butter in the pan and saute the onion for 5 minutes or until soft.
  4. Add the mushrooms and cook a further 2 minutes.
  5. Blend the cornflour with a little of the water and add to the pan with remaining water, VEGEMITE, sauces and mustard.
  6. Stir over a medium heat until the sauce thickens.
  7. Place the steaks onto serving plates and pour over the mushroom sauce.
  8. Serve with couscous and salad.
