Port Soused Fruit with Yogurt

  1. Place fruit in small saucepan with Port and cloves.
  2. Slowy bring liquid to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 2 minutes just until fruit is tender.
  3. Remove saucepan from heat and cool fruit to room temperature.
  4. remove cloves.
  5. Spoon fruit into dessert bowl and top with yogurt.
