Simply the Best Pate

  1. Bring cream cheese and liverwurst to room temperature.
  2. ( Makes it easier to blend).
  3. Blend liverwurst and 1/2- 4 ozs.
  4. cream cheese with minced onion and 4 shakes of worchestershire sauce.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Put on plate and shape into a ball.
  7. Cover with food wrap and chill until firm.
  8. Blend remaining cream cheese with 2 teaspoons of mustard and spread over pate to form a covering over the entire ball.
  9. Serve well chilled with crackers.
