Pirate's Booty: Bbq Ribs
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried onion
- 1 teaspoon dried or fresh bell pepper
- Pinch of basil
- 2 racks of baby back ribs
- Combine all ingredients (except for ribs) in a bowl and rub into meat.
- Marinate for 2 to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
- Grill at very high heat, approximately 30 minutes.
- Flip the meat three times on each side.
