Beef Stroganoff

• 1 12 lbs cube beef
• flour
• salt
• pepper
• garlic
• seasoning
• 2 (16 ounce) cans beef broth
• sour cream
• egg noodles

1. Brown the beef.
2. add flour to cover beef.
3. pour can of beef broth mix together.
4. let simmer.
5. cook egg noodles.
6. 10 min before serving add sour cream.
7. serve on top of noodles.
8. with french bread and french cut green beans.
