Mock Mojito Mule
- 1/2 lime, quartered
- 2 orange wedges
- 1 ounce Ginger Syrup
- Ice cubes, plus crushed ice
- 5 mint leaves, plus 1 mint sprig for garnish
- 2 ounces chilled tonic water
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime quarters and orange wedges with the Ginger Syrup.
- Add ice cubes and the mint leaves and shake well.
- Fine-strain into a chilled, crushed ice-filled collins glass.
- Stir in the tonic water and garnish with the mint sprig.
