Ground Meat With Spinach Recipe

• 1 pound grnd meat (I use 2 pounds)
• 1 med. onion, minced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1/4 c. oil or possibly bacon grease (not really needed)
• 7 ounce. can mushroom or possibly cream of celery soup (I use mushroom)
• 2 (12 ounce.) Packages frzn minced spinach
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• Mozzarella or possibly Monterey Jack cheese

1. Brown meat with onion, garlic and oil if you like.
2. Add in spinach; cover and steam till spinach is separated.
3. Remove from heat and add in soup and lowfat sour cream.
4. Place into a casserole and top with cheese slices.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min.
