Little River Breakfast Hash Browns Recipe

  1. Chop meat and potatoes by hand.
  2. Combine with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and mix well.
  3. Heat butter in skillet and saute/fry onion till tender.
  4. Add in hash mix.
  5. Pour in sufficient water for it to show through the mix in skillet.
  6. Cook over medium heat, pressing down occasionally with spatula till crust has formed on bottom and water is absorbed.
  7. Do not rush the cooking.
  8. Serve with poached Large eggs and toast.
