Warm Noodle Salad

  1. Cook bacon in a large nonstick skillet about 5 minutes until crisp.
  2. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Spoon 2 Tbsp drippings into a small bowl; discard the rest.
  4. Meanwhile break each package noodles in 4 sections.
  5. Cook as package directs, then drain.
  6. Reserve seasoning packets.
  7. Put cabbage, spinach, onion and noodles in a large serving bowl.
  8. Add vinegar, oil and mustard, plus 14 cup water and contents of 1 seasoning packet to bowl with drippings.
  9. Whisk to blend, pour into skillet and heat 1 minute.
  10. Pour over salad; toss to mix and coat.
  11. Crumble bacon over top.
  12. Serve with ham slices.
