Beef and Broccoli Stir-fry
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 500g rump steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced into thin wedges King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooked hokkien noodles, to serve
- Heat half the oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook beef in batches until browned, remove.
- Add remaining oil and stir-fry onion and garlic until tender.
- Add broccoli and stirfry for 2 minutes, then stir in the combined water, peanut butter, chilli sauce and soy sauce.
- Cook for a further 2-3 minutes until broccoli is tender and sauce has thickened.
- Stir in beef, heat through, then serve immediately over noodles.
