Pancit
- 1/2 pounds Chicken Thighs, Cubed
- 1/2 pounds Pork, Cubed
- 1/2 pounds Shelled/cleaned Shrimp (optional)
- 1/2 heads Cabbage, Shredded
- 2 Carrots, Julienned
- 2 stalks Green Onion, Sliced Into 1" Pieces
- 1/2 cups Soy Sauce
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 bag Thin Rice Noodles
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- Prepare meat and veggies.
- Cover noodles with hot water.
- In a skillet, brown chicken and pork.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Stir-fry cabbage and carrots.
- Add green onions and shrimp.
- Cut softened noodles to desired length.
- Stir in noodles and meat, add sesame oil.
- Warm then remove from heat.
