Non Dairy Glazed Pecan Ice Cream

  1. Beat egg whites with the sugar.
  2. In a small bowl,whisk the egg yolks and maple syrup with a fork.
  3. In a separte bowl, beat the whip.
  4. Add yolk mixture.
  5. Fold egg whites into whip.
  6. Fold in pecans.
  7. Reserve some peacans for garnish.
  8. Freeze.
