Mango Mousse

  1. Soak the gelatin in water.
  2. Heat the mango puree in a pan.
  3. Add gelatin to it slowly.
  4. Boil for 3 minutes.
  5. Keep aside.
  6. When it cools, mix it with sugar and whipped cream.
  7. Keep it in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
  8. Serve.
