Copy Cat El Pollo Loco Beans
- 1/4 cup corn oil
- 5 serrano peppers
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tsp ground serrano pepper
- 1 (28 ounce) can pinto beans, drained
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan.
- Add the whole peppers.
- Saute' until tender.
- Add the ground pepper, the beans, and the water.
- Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat.
