BLT Wedge Salad With Blue cheese and Homemade Zesty Russian Dressing

• 1 head iceburg lettuce cored and cut into 4 wedges
• 2 large ripe tomatos, cut into wedges
• 8 slice crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
• 8 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp red hot sauce such as franks
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 4 chopped green onions

1. Make Dressing
2. In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise, ketcup, pickle relish, lemon juice, black pepper, hot sauce, green onions and garlic powder combine until smooth
3. Place a wedge of lettece on plate, put tomato wedges around lettece, sprinkle bacon and blue cheese over lettece wedge drizzle with dressing and serve.
