Turkey Burrito Skillet
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) no-salt-added black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. adobo seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 4 flour tortillas (6 inch), cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
- 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
- 1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 large green onion, chopped
- Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
- Add beans, salsa, water and seasonings; stir.
- Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
- Stir in tortilla pieces; top with cheese.
- Remove from heat; cover.
- Let stand 5 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Top with sour cream and onions.
