Chunky Peanut Butter and Milk Chocolate Chip Pie
- 1 pie crust, single
- 1 cup sugar
- 34 cup pastry flour
- 2 tablespoons chunky peanut butter
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon banilla extract
- 12 cup Spanish peanut, skins removed and coarsely chopped
- 12 cup peanut butter chips
- 12 cup milk chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Press piecrust into 9 inch pie pan Crimp edge if desired or leave plain.
- Mix flour, sugar, peanut butter and butter together well.
- Add eggs, vanilla, peanuts, peanut butter chips,and choc.
- chips.
- Transfer filling to prepared piecrust.
- Bake until firm about 45 mins.
