Biscotti Ii Recipe

• 5 Large eggs
• 1 c. butter
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 tbsp. vanilla
• 2 c. lowfat milk
• 4 tbsp. baking pwdr
• 5 c. flour
• 1/2 c. orange juice
• Flour (sufficient to make soft dough)

1. Put in loaf pan.
2. Bake till light.
3. Slice.
4. Bake again in oven at 400 degrees till brown.
