Sweet Macaroni Salad
- 1 pkg. (1 lb.) elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed and cooled
- 4 carrots, shredded *
- 1 lg. green pepper, diced
- 1 md. red onion, diced
- 2 cups mayonaise
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- Mix prepared vegetables and pasta in a large bowl.
- Mix remaining ingredients well in a smaller bowl and pour over salad.
- Stir well and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir before serving.
