Potato Samosa

  1. MAKE FILLING
  2. in pan with oil fry dice potato till lightly brown and cooked about 3 minute then add onion and sautee till onion soften
  3. add curry powder and salt then mix well saute for another 1 minute in low heat
  4. MAKE SAMOSA
  5. put 1 tbsp of potato filling on a square spring roll and then wrap up into a triangle shape then wet the edge of the folding and fasten it
  6. DEEP FRY SAMOSA
  7. deep fry samosa till lightly brown and crispy
  8. TO SERVE AS IT IS WITH GREEN CHILI GARNISH
  9. SERVE SLICE UP SAMOSA WITH GREEN CHILI
  10. ANOTHER OPTION SERVE SAMOSA TOP CUCUMBER WITH TARTAR SAUCE AND DILL
