Chocolate-Coffee Latte

• 1 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
• 2-1/2 cups skim milk
• 1/4 cup Maxwell House Cafe, Calorie-Wise French Vanilla Instant Coffee Beverage Mix
• 3 Tbsp. thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping

1. Microwave chocolate and 1/2 cup milk in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 1 min., stirring after 30 sec.
2. Whisk until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
3. Add coffee mix and remaining milk.
4. Microwave 2 min.
5. ; stir until dissolved.
6. Ladle into mugs; top with Cool Whip.
