Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Krispy Balls

  1. In a double boiler over low heat melt chocolate and set aside.
  2. In a medium sized bowl combine all other ingredients.
  3. Blend well until mixture forms a dough.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  5. Using a toothpick or fork, dip the balls into the melted chocolate until well coated.
  6. Place onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper or parchment.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
