pollo a la crema
- 2 lb boneless/skinless chicken breast cut in thin slices
- 2 cup sliced mushroom
- 1/2 large onion sliced
- 2 cup fresh cauliflower cut into small chunks
- 1 cup fresh broccoli cut into small chunks
- 2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- in sautee pan heat enough oil to coat then add chicken.
- cook about 5 minutes then add all vegetables, cook together stirring occasionally about 10 minutes.
- stir in sour cream and milk, salt and pepper to taste and let simmer about 10 more minutes.
