Brew Steak With Fiery Five Onion Saute Recipe
- 16 ounce Guiness beer
- 1 c. A-1 Bold & Spicy Steak Sauce - (8 ounce)
- 1 c. Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce - (8 ounce)
- 3 x flank steaks
- 1/2 lb red onions sliced
- 1/2 lb Spanish onions sliced
- 1/2 lb white onions sliced
- 1/2 lb Vidallia onions sliced
- 1/2 lb leeks sliced
- 4 ounce butter
- 2 Tbsp. Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce - (1 ounce)
- 1 c. beer
- To make the Brew Steak, combine beer, steak sauce and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce and blend well.
- Marinate steak for 6 to 8 hrs.
- Grill steak on both sides till desired doneness.
- Serve topped with Fiery Five Onion Saute/fry.
- To make the Fiery Five Onion Saute/fry, heat saute/fry pan, heat butter and add in onions.
- Cook over medium-low heat till well-caramelized.
- Deglaze pan with beer.
- Cook onions in beer till dry.
- Add in Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce.
- Blend well and hold hot till needed.
- This recipe yields 3 steaks.
