Crispy Chicken

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine cereal, flour and seasonings.
  2. Place butter in another bowl.
  3. Dip chicken in butter, then into cereal mixture.
  4. Place in a greased 11 x 7 x 2 baking pan.
  5. Drizzle with remaining butter.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes or until juices run clear.
