Crispy Chicken
- 1 12 cups crisp rice cereal, coarsely crushed (Rice Krispies)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon dried thyme
- 14 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine, melted
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
- In a shallow bowl, combine cereal, flour and seasonings.
- Place butter in another bowl.
- Dip chicken in butter, then into cereal mixture.
- Place in a greased 11 x 7 x 2 baking pan.
- Drizzle with remaining butter.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes or until juices run clear.
