Okonomiyaki
- 1 cup Flour
- 2/3 cup Water or Chicken Broth
- 2 Eggs
- 4 cups Cabbage
- 2 stalks Green Onion
- 4 slices Bacon (optional)
- 1/2 cup Shrimp (optional)
- Whisk together flour and water (or broth) until smooth.
- Add eggs, cabbage, onions and optional ingredients
- Pour half the batter into a hot oiled pan.
- Cook for approx.
- 3 minutes then flip when bottom begins to brown and cook other side until brown.
- Garnish with mayonnaise and okonomiyaki sauce.
