Okonomiyaki

  1. Whisk together flour and water (or broth) until smooth.
  2. Add eggs, cabbage, onions and optional ingredients
  3. Pour half the batter into a hot oiled pan.
  4. Cook for approx.
  5. 3 minutes then flip when bottom begins to brown and cook other side until brown.
  6. Garnish with mayonnaise and okonomiyaki sauce.
