Peachy Pork Picante

  1. Place pork in a large zip top bag; add taco seasoning.
  2. Seal bag and shake to coat pork.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add pork; cook stirring constantly until browned on all sides.
  5. Stir in preserves and salsa; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve over rice.
  7. Garnish if desired.
