Easy Refrigerator Spoon Rolls Recipe

  1. Place yeast in 2 c. hot water; cold.
  2. Cream butter and sugar in large bowl; add in beaten egg.
  3. Add in dissolved yeast to creamed mix; add in flour and stir well.
  4. Place in covered bowl and keep in refrigerator.
  5. It will keep several days.
  6. When ready to use, drop by spoonfuls into greased muffin tins and let rise.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees till brown.
  8. Makes 2 dozen.
