Yakitori-Style Chicken Tenders

  1. Spread a generous amount of vegetable oil out in a frying pan and place the katakuriko-coated chicken tenders.
  2. Cook on high heat until golden brown.
  3. Combine the ingredients, mix, and set aside.
  4. Spread a generous amount of vegetable oil out in a frying pan and place the flour-coated chicken tenders.
  5. Cook on high heat until golden brown.
  6. Once one side has cooked, flip and cook on medium heat with a lid.
  7. Once it's golden brown, stop the heat.
  8. Wipe excess oil in the frying pan with a paper towel, and add the sauce you made in Step 2, the garlic and turn on the heat again.
  9. Turn up to high heat and once the sauce comes to a boil, it's done (be careful not to burn it).
  10. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve.
